Diet Guidelines for Yang Deficiency

Yang is your internal sunshine. It’s your deepest source of warmth and animation. When kidney yang is deficient, you feel cold and have trouble warming up. The metabolic fire is low, so you tend to have loose stool and frequent, clear urination.  Other signs are weak low back and knees, and infertility. A healing diet for yang deficiency would include both the qi deficiency diet and the yang deficiency diet guidelines.
